Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a digital copy of your sales receipt. This email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout.

Additionally, you can view and download your receipt directly from your customer account on our website if you registered during your purchase. Simply log in, navigate to your order history, and select the relevant order to view or print your receipt.

How can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, here’s how you can do so:

    • Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
    • Software, opened accessories, and items marked as non-returnable may not be eligible for return.
  2. Steps to Return:

    • Prepare the Item: Ensure the product is in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, or if you prefer, we can exchange the item for another product of equal value.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
